Fees to be Paid 

Below is the table of fees in accordance with Administrative Order No. 50 s. 2001 and Legal Research Fee [4]. These FDA feeds are regularly updated, refer to the last implementation [3]. 

Category

Alcoholic beverages

  1. Application for registration of imported alcoholic beverages shall include: 
    1. Technical specifications of raw materials and finished product (including methanol content); 
    2. A certificate of compliance with the country of origin’s standard and regulation for alcoholic beverages; 
    3. A copy of standards and regulations stated in (b). 
  2. Application for registration of locally manufactured alcoholic beverages shall include: 
    1. Technical specifications of raw materials and finished product (including methanol content), and
    2. Source of ethyl alcohol, used as raw material for compounded alcoholic beverages.
  3. The methanol content of unregistered alcoholic beverages may be justified with the manufacturer’s submission of:
    1. Technical specifications of raw materials and finished product (including methanol content), and
    2. Source of ethyl alcohol, used for raw material for compounded alcoholic beverages, showing that the methanol is derived from natural alcohol fermentation.
