    Federal Consumer Protection and Human Welfare Service (“Rospotrebnadzor” or “RPN”)

    RPN is the executive authority that implements the state policy on consumer protection. It drafts and adopts sanitary rules and norms and performs state sanitary inspections and consumer protection inspections. This is the market surveillance authority of the Russian Federation. [1]
