8.2 Contaminants and Heavy Metals

Foodstuff/General Food Category	Chemical contaminants parameters and maximum limits are defined by regulations based on the types of food. [2] Testing methods: no local standard is available. Other international standards (i.e. ISO testing) methods can be used. Heavy metal parameters and maximum limits are defined by regulations based on the types of food.
