6.4.1 Standard/Rules for Manufacturing Site

To implement the EU requirements (outlined in Section 6.4.1 of the "General Foods" guidebook for the EU), Good Manufacturing Hygiene Practice (GBPH) documents, equivalent to GMP and HACCP, have been issued by sectors of the food industry and validated by the French authority [1]. These GBPHs are applicable for industries producing in France, not for imported food.
