6.1 Provide a list of documents needed for export permit relevant to biological specimen shipment.
In the case of the transfer of biological materials, the sponsor must complete the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) form (Annex 8 of The Ethical Guidelines for Research in Human Subjects in Thailand (2007)) to obtain or transfer biological materials for research purposes.
An MTA form must also be used to transfer human tissue samples to other institutions.
