Fine baked goods (Feine Backwaren)

The BVL is the national competent authority for receiving applications in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006. Since 29.03.2021, applications for the authorization of a new health claim and for the amendment of an existing authorization of a health claim have been made exclusively electronically via the European Commission's E-submission Food Chain (ESFC) platform.

The Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Consumer Protection (BMELV) is the competent national authority for the receipt of applications in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006, as amended [1].
