The category of "pastry products" follows the mandatory labeling parameters outlined in Section 4.1 of the "General Foods" guidebook for Spain.

As described in Section 2 - Product Categories - the product of interest belongs to the pastry category (productos de bollería in Spanish).

Donuts with toppings
As described in Section 2 - Product Categories - the national regulations on pastry products do not describe the name of “doughnuts”. However, the technical standard for artisan products does. To the best of our knowledge, doughnuts may be “Donuts”, “Donas” or “Bollos” in the Spanish market.

By definition (see Section 2 on Product Categories), the category must be differentiated with the statement “…with topping/filled” or ”without topping/filled”, as appropriate.
