"Frozen poultry slaughter processing products" and "frozen products from poultry meat" - products of processing of poultry slaughter products, subjected to refrigeration to a temperature at any point of measurement of the product not higher than minus 12°C for semi-finished products, rendered fat, processed raw materials of collagen-containing poultry and not higher than minus 8°C for other products (for example, finished products, such as sausages or culinary products) [1].

"Culinary product from poultry meat (offal)" - a food product from poultry meat (offal), which is a culinary semi-finished product from poultry meat (offal) or a culinary product from poultry meat (offal). Culinary products from poultry meat (offal) can be made or a whole piece of poultry (including in the form of whole carcasses) or chopped, and in a shell, with breading, sprinkling, marinade, sauce or without them, stuffed or molded [1].
