Singapore Food Agency [1]

The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) is the national authority entrusted with the mission to ensure a resilient supply of food safety and food security from farm-to-fork for Singapore. SFA administers the Sale of Food Act and the Singapore Food Regulations to ensure that food made available for sale in Singapore is safe for consumption to safeguard public health. 

Singapore Customs [2]

The Singapore Customs, a department under the Ministry of Finance, upholds customs and trade laws to facilitate trade including the importation of liquor, and enforces revenue matters.

Singapore Police Force [3] 

The Singapore Police Force is a uniformed organization under the purview of the Ministry of Home Affairs that regulates the supply and consumption of liquor (e.g. issuance of a liquor license to businesses intending to supply liquor for sale, barter, or exchange, among other broad areas of policing work namely frontline policing, counter and e-services, investigation, community engagement and public security and order).
